Shipping Information
- Where is the item coming from? The majority of our inventory is sold from our warehouses in China with a select few items from other distributors in other countries including in the United States. That being said, sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times.
- Where do you ship and how much it cost? We provide international shipping all over the world. (Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outlying islands.) The product price does not include shipping costs. The online system will generate a shipping fee for your order.
- How long my order will take to be delivered? We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence as not all of our merchandise ships from the same warehouse. We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible so we process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. According to our results on delivering more than 4,000 orders, it may take anywhere from 4 - 16 business days on average, depending on the region. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. Below are the most typical time frames for your region:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
When will i receive my order?
- The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
- Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
- Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
- Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
- Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

When will i receive my order?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive at the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Will i be charged for customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
Failed Delivery/Lost Items?
It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and post code! Numker unfortunately cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. What you enter at checkout is what goes on the label so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.
If you are having your order delivered to a work address the business name must be supplied. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost (internally) after delivery to a work address.
